[1] 创新性地引入复杂网络理论,提出了纳税人利益关联网络及其偷逃骗税识别方法,解决了跨地区偷逃骗税嫌疑企业团伙/集团发现与识别问题,已在国税总局和省级国地税应用。
[2] 主持开发了人脸比对系统,采用深度学习人脸图像特征提取和网络服务负载均衡技术,解决了大规模人脸比对性能提升问题,在2018年部分省市的研究生招生系统得到广泛应用:

Representative Outstanding Results

[1] Professor Tian proposes the TaxPayer's Interest Interaction Network and the corresponding suspicious tax evasion detection method by introducing the complex network theory innovatively. They solve the problem of finding and detecting suspicious tax evasion enterprise groups across regions, and have been applied in the State Administration of Taxation and provincial local tax offices.
[2] Professor Tian takes charge in the development of an image-based face identification system that adopted a deep learning method to extract face image feature and service load balancing technology, which solves the problem of large-scale face identification performance improvement. In 2018, it has been applied in national graduate enrollment systems in some provinces and cities.
[3] Professor Tian takes charge in development of the teaching quality evaluation system for undergraduate courses, participates in designing the platform for real-time monitoring of the quality of education and teaching and the platform for big data analytics in the second class, which solve four difficult problems affecting the teaching quality of undergraduate courses, namely, the difficulty of accurately collecting undergraduate teaching information, the difficulty of scientific evaluation of teaching, the difficulty of accurately supervising teachers and the difficulty of individualized guidance for students. They have been applied in all of undergraduate students in Xi'an JiaoTong University, and promoted in Shaanxi Province by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education and practically applied in three universities in Shaanxi Province.
